Our story

Gold Coast Wealth was founded in 2024 by Brooke Juracic and Lachlan Creese. Brooke was exceptional at finance broking, but like many great brokers, the business side of running a brokerage got in the way of what she did best. Lachlan saw that, backed her, and between them they built something neither could have done alone.

Brooke brings over a decade of experience across every corner of mortgage broking, from first home buyers navigating the market for the first time, to complex commercial transactions and high-net-worth investment portfolios.
For Brooke, finance has never been about transactions. It's about the life those transactions make possible.

Lachlan brings the commercial acumen and operational drive that turns a great broker into a great business, ensuring every client experience is seamless, every process is sharp, and the team has everything it needs to deliver at its best.

Together, they built Gold Coast Wealth from the ground up with a clear mission: to create genuine financial security for the people who trust them with their most important decisions.

What started as a bold idea between two driven people has grown into a specialist team covering residential lending, investment finance, commercial property, SMSF, asset finance, and more, backed by access to 70+ lenders and an unwavering commitment to finding the right solution for every client.
